T-DATALOG |
|
The T-DATALOG is a subordinate module. It records any data word received from the ‘Dinex log master' unit, which uses the DD7 command. The intelligent program resides separately in the ‘Dinex log master', and this program is bundled with the T-DATALOG as a unit. There is no need to develop any new program, merely to customize the program that is supplied. The T-DATALOG is carried on a separate databus subordinate only to the ‘Dinex log master', using a ‘personality cable' (not supplied). |
 |
The intelligent program (supplied), which resides separately in the ‘Dinex log master' (not supplied), keeps track of the Dinex inputs and sends event-only information to the T-DATALOG upon each change of state. It does not write to the T-DATALOG continuously. However, on power-up it does write all (twenty-four) bits to the T-DATALOG.
If the T-DATALOG is removed from the Dinex system and then replaced when the system is operational (by hot plugging) then the intelligent program (supplied) does write all (twenty-four) bits to the T-DATALOG, one time only. |
- Standard DINEX Multiplex interface
- 38400 baud
- Battery backed real time clock/calendar
- Keeps record of each data bit of information with date and time stamping
- Typical implementation records twenty four data bits
- Battery backup of stored data
- 64 K stored data capacity
- Upload stored data into any PC
- Stored data may include any discrete bit input to the DINEX system.
- Hot Pluggable – no need to power-down the system when removing or replacing the T-DATALOG
- Stored data may include any discrete bit resulting from calculations based on analog data input to the DINEX system through SAE J1708 or SAE J1939.
